By purchasing and downloading images from this website, you agree to the following license terms:
1. License Grant
- You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the purchased digital image for personal and commercial purposes, including marketing, websites, social media, print-on-demand products, and advertising.
2. Copyright & Ownership

4. Prohibited Uses

Buyer assumes all responsibility for use of the image and agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from claims arising from buyer’s use that infringe third-party rights or violate the law.
9. Refunds & Replacements
- Digital downloads are non-refundable except where required by law. If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, the seller will provide a replacement file upon request.
10. Termination
- The seller reserves the right to revoke this license for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease distribution and remove the image from future commercial uses.
11. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of United State of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
